Carob seeds

Keratonin siliqua seeds (L.) Taub. (Fam. Leguminosae), obtained by mechanically breaking the pods. Of light or dark brown tone, depending on the origin, homogeneous in size.

Carob Crumb

The Carob Crumb is a granular product obtained after crushing the carob, with an irregular granular appearance, dark brown color and characteristic fruity smell.

Carob Flour

Flour product obtained from carob pulp after roasting and grinding. Powder, brown in color, with a sui generis aroma and flavor, similar to cocoa, ideal for culinary purposes.
